We only use your details to make and ship your order, and for what the law asks of us. We never sell them and we don't follow you with advertising cookies.

Which details and why

• Your name, address and email address, and your phone number if you fill it in: to make and ship your order and send you the confirmation and the track & trace. We need these to carry out our agreement with you.
• What you have printed or put on the NFC chip (a name, text, logo, username, link or phone number): to make your product. This is also needed for your order.
• Your payment: Mollie tells us whether and how much you paid, and with iDEAL also the name and account number you paid with, so we can refund you. We never see your card details.
• Your order and invoice: we must keep these for the tax authorities. That's a legal obligation.
• Your messages to us (by email or on Instagram): to answer you.
• Technical details: when you visit our site, our hosting company processes your IP address to show the pages and protect the site from attacks. That's our legitimate interest: a safe site.

Cookies and your browser

We don't use cookies to follow you, and no advertising cookies. Your cart is kept in your own browser (local storage), so it's still there when you come back. We only see it when you order.

Who we share your details with

We only share what each of them needs:

• Mollie (Netherlands): for your payment.
• PostNL (Netherlands): your name, address and email address, to deliver your parcel.
• Cloudflare: hosting our website.
• Google: our order records and email.
• The tax authorities or a bookkeeper, when the law requires it.

Cloudflare and Google may also process details outside the European Union, under arrangements the EU approves for this (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). Notifications of new orders on our phone only contain the order number and the amount.

Photos

We sometimes take a photo of your piece before we ship it. We only share a piece with a name, text or logo online (for example on Instagram) if you give us permission.

How long we keep your details

• Orders, payments and invoices: 7 years, because tax law requires it.
• Messages to us: up to 2 years after your last order or question.

Your rights

You may ask us which details we have about you, to correct them, delete them or use them less, to give them to you, or object to how we use them. Email us; we'll answer within a month. Details we must keep for the tax authorities can only be deleted after those 7 years.

Not happy with how we handle your details? Let us know. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Security

Our site uses a secure connection (https). Only we can see the orders.

Changes

If we change this statement, you'll see it in the date at the top. This statement is also on our site in Dutch and Arabic; if they differ, the Dutch text applies.
