14 days to change your mind

Pieces with nothing personal on them can be returned within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days start the day after you received your order. This applies to:

• the WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok NFC keychains;
• the kids' safety keychain;
• vases and bowls.

Pieces with a name, text or logo, such as the name keychain, are made especially for you. They can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive broken or wrong (see below).

How to return something

1. Let us know within 14 days. Email us your order number and what you're returning, or use the form at the bottom of this page.
2. Send it back within 14 days after that to Pastoor van Doornstraat 23, 5401 ZC Uden. Pack it well so it arrives in one piece.
3. The cost of sending it back is yours.

You may look at the piece the way you would in a shop. If you used it more than needed to look at it, we may keep part of the amount. We wipe an NFC chip when we get the piece back.

Your refund

Within 14 days of telling us, you get the price of your pieces back. If you return your whole order, you also get back the shipping you paid. We refund the same way you paid. We may wait until we have the piece back, or until you show us you've sent it.

Arrived broken or wrong?

That's not a return: we'll put it right. Send us a photo, ideally right away and at the latest within 2 months of noticing. We'll make a new one or refund you, and we pay the shipping. This includes pieces with a name, text or logo.
