Terms and conditions

These are the terms between you and Yalla 3D when you order in our shop at yalla3d.nl. We've written them as clearly as we can. Questions? Just email us.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to every order in our shop. Other arrangements only apply if we agreed them with you by email. If you order as a business, these terms apply too, except for the rules the law only gives to consumers, such as the right to change your mind.

3. Our products

  • We design and 3D print every piece ourselves, after you order, in PLA plastic.
  • 3D printing can show fine layers, and a colour on your screen may look a little different in real life. That's part of the product, not a defect.
  • Pieces with a name, text or logo are made exactly as you type them and see them in the preview. Please check the spelling before you order.
  • On an NFC keychain we put the link, username or number you give us. Anyone can read it with an NFC phone; most phones today have NFC.
  • The kids' safety keychain helps people reach you quickly. An AirTag is not included.
  • Our keychains are not toys: they have small parts, such as the key ring. Not suitable for children under 3.
  • Vases and bowls are for decoration and dry things: they're not watertight and not dishwasher safe.
  • PLA softens in heat from about 55 °C, for example in a car in the sun.

4. Prices

  • Prices are in euros. The price you see at checkout is what you pay.
  • Shipping costs €4.95 per order, anywhere in the Netherlands.
  • If a price contains an obvious mistake (say € 0.95 instead of € 9.95), we don't have to deliver at that price. We'll let you know and refund you.

5. Your order

  • Your order is placed as soon as your payment succeeds. You'll get a confirmation by email straight away.
  • If we can't make your order after all, for example because a colour ran out or a name doesn't fit well, we'll email you within 2 working days and refund the full amount.
  • Want to change something? Email us as soon as you can. As long as we haven't started printing, we'll change it.
  • We don't print a name, text or logo that is offensive or belongs to someone else. We'll let you know and refund you.

6. Payment

You pay in advance, at checkout, with iDEAL or your credit card. Payments go through Mollie; we never see your bank or card details.

7. Shipping

  • We only ship within the Netherlands, with PostNL. You'll get a track & trace link by email.
  • The product page and checkout show how long it usually takes. If we can't deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel free of charge and get your money back within 14 days.
  • Until your parcel is delivered to you, it's our responsibility. If it gets lost or damaged on the way, we'll send a new one or refund you.

8. Changing your mind (right of withdrawal)

  • Pieces with nothing personal on them can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
  • Pieces with a name, text or logo are made especially for you. They can't be returned, unless they arrive broken or wrong (article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code).

9. Guarantee

  • Every piece should do what you can normally expect of it. If it arrives broken, doesn't match your order, or breaks without you doing anything unusual, we'll make a new one or refund (part of) your money. This includes pieces with a name, text or logo.
  • Let us know with a photo, ideally right away and at the latest within 2 months of noticing. We pay the shipping in that case.
  • Normal wear, drops and knocks, or heat damage aren't covered.

10. Complaints

Not happy? Email us and tell us what's wrong. We'll answer within 14 days. If we can't solve it together, you can go to court.

11. Logos and designs

  • The Instagram, WhatsApp, Snapchat and TikTok logos are trademarks of their owners. We're not affiliated with those companies.
  • Our designs, photos and texts are ours. Please don't copy or sell them without our permission.

13. Changes and law

  • Your order follows the terms that were on this page on the day you ordered.
  • Dutch law applies to these terms and every order.
  • These terms are also on our site in Dutch and Arabic. If the translations differ, the Dutch text applies.
